Henry, Senior Manager for Products and Innovation at Adapt IT Manufacturing, has 17 years of experience in Australia, Canada, and Africa. Specialising in Electronic Control of Work solutions, he focuses on expanding software products in the Mining and Manufacturing Division, including IntelliPERMIT, and drives new product development.

Scott Bredin

Scott has 25 years of experience in operational risk and control of work systems: developing, implementing and envisioning the future of these systems. Scott is passionate about using technology to keep people safe in complex and hazardous operational environments. 

Shirley Breytenbach

Shirley has worked for Adapt IT for 23 years, starting as a developer on SmartSURE and OptiRUN, then moving into support and consulting. She now manages new projects with customers, enjoying the discovery process and integrating their processes into IntelliPERMIT.

Martin Dagnall

Martin has over 30 years of experience supporting and delivering technology to the industry helping to ensure clients have been able to maximise their productivity. Completed a BA (Hons) Degree and numerous Sales and motivational courses continually honing my personal and communicational skills.

Henry Fourie

Henry Fourie has 29 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, and retail, specialising in design, development, and deployment of products. With Adapt IT for over 18 years, he has held roles in development, senior management, technical sales, and architecture, focusing on IntelliPERMIT and its modules.

Karl Frenz

Karl, a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with an Honors in Industrial Engineering, has 30+ years of experience in design, consulting, and project management across industries like mining, manufacturing, and food and beverages. He has managed projects in supply chain, occupational health and safety, HR management, and ERP systems.

Gavin Halse

Gavin is a Chemical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in various engineering & business leadership roles. He spearheaded the original team that developed the first version of IntelliPERMIT. He has a background in business software, giving him a wide range of experience in industrial systems and related software applications.

Eugene Lategan

With 13 years of OpSUITE consulting across energy, mining, manufacturing, oil, and gas industries in Africa, Asia Pacific, and GCC countries, Eugene is solution-driven, optimising and improving efficiency in Permit-to-Work and other operations.

Lungelo Majozi

Lungelo, with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry and just over a decade in manufacturing technology, joined IntelliPERMIT as a specialist MS SQL and SSRS developer. Lungelo is currently a part of the team implementing and supporting IntelliPERMIT globally, focusing on Australia.

Rakesh Meghraj

Rakesh is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of international experience in operations, maintenance, IT, and engineering. He has managed large industrial projects, including multi-billion-dollar greenfield and brownfield ventures, and is skilled in project and business management, planning, engineering, design, risk management, execution, and commissioning.

Hawa Mirza

Hawa Mirza is driven by creativity, intelligence, imagination, and curiosity. She sees marketers as emotional architects linking brands and consumers, using technology, analytics, and innovation to craft compelling narratives. With a Bachelor of Commerce and an Honours in Strategic Marketing & Business Management, Hawa excels in communication, strategic marketing, brand management, and 360-degree campaigns. As Marketing Manager at Adapt IT, KPMG, and LexisNexis, she directed client services, strategic planning, brand communication, and digital marketing campaigns, specialising in holistic strategies to drive impact and engagement across diverse industries and platforms.
