In a recent webinar hosted by Rifleshot, an Adapt IT partner, we dug below the surface to explore the complexities of the business of mining. We explored HOW Great Mines actually do think alike, and shared HOW Great Mines become GREAT.

The Mining Landscape has changed dramatically over the past few years, and with the mining industry incurring billions of productivity- and efficiency-driven losses annually, it’s imperative to continually re-evaluate the business methodologies being used. The Mining Industry has generally taken the same approach to mine planning for decades; and it is time to employ new methodologies if we want to get better results.
